Freight Shipment Damage:
All packages must be inspected before the carrier leaves for damages. Any an all packages must be free and clear of any apparent damages and pictures must immediatly be obtained. If a damaged package is received, the customer must notify UTB immediately on receipt of the package to recieve acceptance from UTB to refuse. We will help you by phone elvauate any and all damages to determine the return.
Returns & Warranty:
Due to the size & nature of tanning beds will do not offer refunds on Tanning Equipment but we do provide warranty. All of our equipment has gone through inspection preocess to confirm all is on complete working order.

may refuse warranty credit for:
1. Improper installation
2. Failure to provide suitable operating conditions
3. Use of product for which it was not designed
4. Alteration or modification of any part
5. Abuse, misuse or neglect
- If the order has not shipped, the custermor will be refunded 20% percent less of the purchase price for holding and processing
- If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the freight both from and to and a processing fee of 20%
